A good horsey day out?

its my mum's birthday in march and i would love to arange for her and me to go on a horsey day out for it. last year we went to Your Horse Live and went to see Monty Roberts, which both were amazing! have you got any ideas?? it doesnt have to be actually in march btw, it could be a few months after. thanks :)
