I cant find love - help :|?

I'm 17 Bi male who has never been in a relationship before, simply because I don't seem to be attracted to anyone. There have been some guys/girls i have been into but they always turn out to be rude d*cks who dont like me and everyone who has liked me i never liked them..... why is this so f'd up why can't i find someone who i really fancy who really fancies me back, i mean im not ugly people say im hottest in the cl in all schools i've been too but still.... is it just me being picky or what?
