How much febreeze/ super glue to get you high?

My parents think i sniff stuff like glade, sharpies just because they find it tered everywhere. I have 1 sharpie in my pocket, i get yelled at, I mean im not doing this ****. Also since im a guy i have febreeze, glade can in my bathroom. Can a guy not get a good smelling bathroom? I just need some facts to prove them wrong.
