Does she like me or not?

so me and this one girl met at this party then i got her number and then we started txting for like a month till like 3 or 4 in the morning for a month then this one time i kinda told her i like someone and i kinda hinted it was her and then she kinda stopped txting me and then recenty we saw each other at a dinner and she kept glancing at me and when we would look at each other we would giggle and smile for the whole nite like i dont understand y she would stop texting me and then now shes all smilin what should i do go for it??
