How to grow tall faster?

okay so we adopted these two kids in october and well they were malnourished and the boy is 16 and weighs 82 pounds and he is only like 4'8 so the doctor said that if he does not go up 2 pant sizes by august that they will start growth hormones...but in the meantime is there anything that we can do??
