My dog has issues staying in the yard, what should i do with her??

Um yah i can't get any type of fence because it is too expensive, and none of us like seeing her on her chain. Plus my daughter is thirteen and active and loves to play ball and frisbee and stuff with her, but she can't when she is off a leash and can't keep her in the yard. And we have a porcupine and coyotes and stuff like that in the woods by our house.... HELP PLEASE
