Is there a ferry from Newcastle upon Tyne to Stavanger direct?

I'm looking to drive to Newcastle and catch a ferry to Stavanger in Norway quite soon. I cant find this route anywhere on any website. On the google map there shipping line is still there, but a little bird told me that this shipping line has now stopped, is this true or are there any ferries still active on that line?
