Can a person experience Morphine Toxicity after a month off?

Can a person experience morphine toxicity if taking a normally prescribed dosage of morphine for 3 or 4 days after having been off the medication for a month and losing a great deal of weight during that time along with other conditions that were not being properly medicated during the absence of medication?
